Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, supplier processing and courier route.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, when tracking is available you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number or tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page for guidance.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfilment partner, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Why do some products arrive separately?

If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different supplier routes and can arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking information where available.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
