1. Who we are

Lia-Dora is operated by E. Kramer, trading as Lia-Dora. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 93216149. VAT number: NL005007783B09. Registered address: Holtswoeren 29, 7732BJ Ommen, the Netherlands.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract. We may refuse or cancel an order if there are stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other valid reasons. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Products

We aim to show product details, images, colours and sizing as accurately as possible. Small colour differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting. Product availability can change depending on supplier stock.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Returns

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is delivered. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for full details.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or Irish consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
