Lia-Dora ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

WHAT WE COLLECT

Contact details you give us at checkout: name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided). Order details: what you bought, when, and payment confirmation (we do not store your full card details - this is handled by our payment provider). Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies (see our Cookie settings for details and to manage your preferences).

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To process and ship your order. To respond to customer service questions. To send you marketing emails, but only if you've opted in - you can unsubscribe at any time. To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Our fulfillment partner, who ships your order on our behalf. Our payment processor, to handle your payment securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order data for as long as required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years), and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request your data in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (e.g. marketing emails), you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page on lia-dora.com.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If you believe we haven't handled your personal data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or, if you are based in Ireland, with the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC).

COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality (always active), personalization, analytics, and marketing/retargeting. Personalization, analytics, and marketing cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit - no boxes are pre-ticked, and declining is as easy as accepting. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer.
