If your order is not the right fit, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

14-day right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable. Please try items on carefully before removing tags.

Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind or it is not the right fit, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange the right solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. We may wait to refund until the returned goods are received or until you provide proof of return shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page with your order number and clear photos. We will help with a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
