Return Form

Use this form to request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. Copy the form below into an email and fill it in.
  2. Send it to info@lia-dora.com. We reply within 1-2 business days.
  3. If your return is approved we send you a return number and the return address.
  4. Print the approved form and include it in your parcel, then send it with a tracked service.

Please do not send anything back before you have our approval. Parcels that arrive without an approved return number can take much longer to process.

Is your item faulty, damaged or not as described? You do not need this form. Just email us with your order number and photos - we cover the cost and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.

The reason code is not there to make it harder - it tells us which pieces run small and which photos are misleading, so we can fix it for the next person. It takes you five seconds and it genuinely helps.
