Description
Wide-leg shorts in a woven cotton, high in the waist with a ruffle at the hem. Loose enough that they read as a short skirt from a distance.
The fit
Very wide through the leg. The hip measurement below is the full width of the garment laid flat, not your body. Go by the waist. Total length 39-43 cm from waistband to hem.
